TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A 50% deposit is required to book our appointment and allow me to order the product, which is chosen specific to each client. I ask for this to be done a week prior to the appointment to ensure the product will be delivered in time.

This deposit is non-refundable because the product will have been paid for and ordered specifically for the client. Products are sometimes prescribed medicines and so not transferable to another client.

Occasionally DCA will have to reschedule an appointment due to either other doctor duties or personal issues. By agreeing to work with me, you are accepting that this may happen. In any eventuality I will endevour to give as much notice as is possible and then will be happy to work outside of my normal working hours to accommodate your availability.
